Why this blog?
I started this blog as a way to give back to the community what I have learnt and experienced, to share with you my journey into the inner peace and completeness, which some seek in our life. There came a day when I realised that instead of looking up and asking for help I needed to look inside myself… “inner-self”.
I realised that I came from Greatness, I attract Greatness, therefore I am Greatness. Just like you. So I started to trust the Greatness within me and found that what I once believed to be a complicated journey is very simple, it’s just presence. Some call it living in the now, inner light / being or just GOD. The Gift of Design (GOD) is within us all.
I found that the moment’s I cherish in my life are the times when I lived in the presence. In the presence of friends & family. In the presence of the stillness that is now. When I let go of living in the past I stopped living in regret and when I let go of living in the future fear faded away like it was never there. All that was left is now, the present moment that is. That is that I am. Me.
In this blog I am expressing my views and sharing mind stimulating knowledge with you on topics I have passion for and which have helped me in my life. They include:
a. Eliminating stress & fears – how to be productive in your personal & business life.
b. Living in the presence – all that is the true you.
c. Your mind & the keys to achievement when you set your mind to it. From neuroplasticity to positive psychology. I believe that the only barriers in your life are the ones created by your mind. Free your mind, relax, become the observer and understand why and you will have the opportunity to move forward.
It is said that “The teacher and the taught together create the teaching”. View it from this perspective and enjoy the stilness between and underneath the words. I encourage you to visit this blog frequently to reaffirm what is written and feel the stillness of the presence.

Nice work Mr E. I finally had a chance to read your blog and get an appreciation of your thinking and development over the past 6-12 months.
